CHONG; Shih Tzu, neutered Male, approx. 5 years old and weighing about 15 lbs. (could be older than 5)
notes: Anyone who has ever shared their life with a Shih Tzu knows how personable they are–sweet, sweet, sweet. Chong was surrendered by a puppy mill breeder when that person no longer had use for them. They have dry eye, which is easily treatable, and will soon start looking like he should.
