Holly has been hard at work learning all of her manners and tricks in the P.A.C.K. Program! Currently, she is finishing the last portion of 9-weeks in the P.A.C.K. Program, an intensive program for routine obedience, agility, and handling training with a prison inmate trainer, and is now the ready to show off all that she has learned to new adopters.
Holly has done well with learning what the trainers have been teaching her, mastering all of the basic commands, such as ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘heel’, and ‘lay down’, and has even learned ‘pray’, ‘high-five’, ‘dance’, ‘roll over’ and more! Holly is both potty and kennel trained. Holly can get super excited when she sees new people and sometimes momentarily forgets she isn’t supposed to jump. She plays really well with other dogs, and sometimes can be a little nervous when other dogs play too roughly – she’ll try to hide behind her human and peek out to make sure they mean well. Holly even does well with cats!
Holly is graduating from the program in towards the end of July and will be ready for a forever home – if you think yours might be the right home, submit an application through our website today!
