We need to find a loving, responsible home for Jack The Dog. Our 5 year old has developed an allergy to him. We have been medicating our 5 year old for months for his allergy but it's not working, the child has developed asthma and is exhausted all the time. We are not telling the c that this is the reason Jack needs to go. I'm telling him I don't have time to care for him so that his 5 year old heart doesn't hurt too badly. Jack is approximately 8 years old. We celebrate his birthday on the 4th of July. He's been ours for 7 years. We adopted him from a kill shelter in Norfolk, VA. He weighs about 89 pounds and eats about $45 a month in food. He is current on all vaccinations, is on a pill long term because he is prone to skin infections but it is less than $10 per month. He has a submissive personality with other dogs, likes cats and loves his toys. He climbs fences so he needs to be walked on a harness. He was neutered in 2011. Housebroken, loves kids.
