We have had Joey in our care since she was 5 weeks old. She was rescued with one sibling and no mother. She is just over a year. She’s extremely loving and affectionate. She is high energy and very athletic but settles down well with exercise. She is very smart and trainable. She crates well and is fine for long periods of time. Joey needs a new family because she is getting picked on by one of our other dogs and that dog is not rehomeable. Joey has mild fear aggression that is manageable by a seasoned dog owner but she would not do well with a first time dog owner or in an extremely busy home. She has been raised in a home with small children and is great with them. With a busy home (we foster) and a dog that is not kind to her, she is a not getting the time and attention she deserves. She would make an amazing dog for a young couple who likes to be outside and who can spoil her like a baby. She does require consistency, training and exercise as she is still a young pup!
