This beautiful girl is lovingly called Nina. We think she is an Aussie mix that is 2. 5 years old and weighs 40 pounds. She unfortunately found herself in an overcrowded TN shelter and like most of the dogs, she doesn’t deserve to be there. The staff adores her and says Nina has one of the best personalities of any of the dogs there. She’s fairly calm, loving, and playful at times. Nothing hyper or out of control trying for attention. We know that Nina was previously in a home with small children that were taught absolutely no respect for animals. The parents allowed the small children to lay on her, ride her like a horse, pull at her ears and tail, treating her like a toy instead of the family member she was. She has been around other young children since then and doesn’t seem to be fearful of them. Despite her past, Nina continues to be a sweet girl and with a proper introduction, will love you just as much as she loves the shelter workers that are currently caring for her. Nina is the type of dog you will want to take with you everywhere you go. This poor girl has already been let down by her people. Can you make her life better than it has ever been? She is ready to get out of the shelter…..can you adopt her or at least offer to foster her through Critter Cavalry Rescue?
PLEASE NOTE: Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted. Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site. The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive. Contact us at 615-661-5333 or firstname.lastname@example.org Sorry, we cannot adopt to MA residents.
