This handsome guy is pretty easy going although he does have bursts of energy sometimes and would benefit from a family that can give him daily exercise.
Norton has been a favorite of everyone at the PACK program, an intensive program for routine obedience, agility, and handling training with a prison inmate trainer. He has been a champion while learning all of his manners and tricks! They report he has amazing manners and has mastered all basic commands, such as ‘sit’, ‘stay’, ‘heel’, and ‘lay down’. Norton has learned some tricks too, including an impedicable ‘leave it’ command. Currently, he is finishing the last portion of 9-weeks in the P.A.C.K. Program, and is now the ready to show off all that he has learned to new adopters.
Norton is both potty and kennel trained. He does well with other dogs and cats, too. We will feel he will be a good fit for pretty much any person or family. Norton will be graduating from the program the first week of August and will be ready for a forever home – if you think yours might be the right home, submit an application through our website today!
