When you say the name Rocky you can’t help but think of the movie character that Sylvester Stallone brought to life in the movie Rocky. This was a man who was down but fought his way back to the top as a prize fighter, a champ who always believed he could have a better life. Well, this little guy has earned the name of Rocky because of how he was found around the Fourth of July. He was in a rural area of Tennessee with no houses in sight and his body was riddled with ticks and very hungry and dirty. This little guy is a young 1 year old, 12 pound Chiweenie that still smiles all the time, despite the sad story that he probably can never tell us about. The concerned couple that found him are animal lovers and it would be hard to turn away a sweet boy like him. They are fostering him till a permanent home is found. We are sure it will be very soon.
He is fully vetted and that of course includes a neuter and microchip. He is almost housebroken and as you can see he is so very cute and lovable. When he gets excited he jumps in the air with joy. We can tell that he is very trainable and how cute he will be doing some tricks if you teach him. Rocky truly loves to play, snuggle and is definitely a champ when it comes to walking well on a leash. He gets along with other dogs and doesn’t seem to mind cats either. This homeless little guy is what you call the total package of good times and goodwill toward others. He will bring a family a lot of love and joy. He is ready to transport up to a Northeastern home from Nashville, TN where he is currently fostered with Critter Cavalry Rescue.
