Hello there, human! My name is Trey, and as you may have noticed, I get a little nervous around new people. I'm a sweet, sensitive boy who's having a bit of a hard time dealing with the noise of the shelter, but I really enjoy the company of people and other dogs, and I open up when you take me for a walk! Speaking of walks, I do great on the leash – I stay right at your heels, looking to you for reassurance every once in a while. Although I'm shy here, I know that I'd do so much better if I could decompress and be myself at your house, so I hope you'd be willing to be patient with me and show me that no one is ever going to abandon me again like my last owner did! Plus, if you have another dog, they might be able to teach me how to let go and be happy again. Weight: 10 pounds
